Badges will be available for pick-up via the Scan & Go Badge Pickup registration area located in Hall D Lobby of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center beginning Tuesday, January 30th at 8:00am. You can scan the QR code within your registration confirmation or search by first and last name at any of the kiosks.
Complimentary beverages will be available for Associates in the Associate Lounge in room 238 beginning Thursday, February 1st. A printer will be available in the lounge.
Lunch can be accessible through the multiple food vendors and/or restaurants within the convention center. Associate Lunch is not provided.
Complimentary Luggage and Coat Check will be available at the convention center each day in Hall E Lobby. Please have your badge visible when you check your luggage and coat.
On-site medical staff available. In case of an emergency, please go to the first aid room located within the UPS Store in Lobby F.

Scootaround, the preferred mobility service partner of the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, can provide electric scooter rentals for $60.00 per day.
Your mobility device can be reserved and will be waiting for you at the Convention Center at the UPS Store – Business Center. If you prefer to have your scooter delivered to your hotel, you can do that too!
Shuttle Service available for the following hotels:
Service every 10-15 minutes during peak hours and 30 min during non peak hours.
If your customer needs a wheelchair lift shuttle to get back and forth from a True Value block hotel location with shuttle service, they should call: 312-931-0058. Reservations must be made at least 60 minutes in advance.
Shuttle service for the Growth Team Sales Meeting will start at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, January 31st.
The designated rideshare/taxi pick up and drop off location is across the street from the Hall F entrance of the convention center near the Shuttle Hub.
We encourage associates to share Uber rides with other True Value Associates to and from the airport. If you recognize a True Value Associate but don't know them personally, this may be your opportunity to introduce yourself!
The health and safety of our retailers, vendors and associates is our top priority and all CDC health guidelines and specific city and state requirements at the time of the event will continue to be followed throughout the 2024 Spring Reunion in-person event.
