The Orange County Convention Center (9800 International Dr, Orlando, FL) is just a short 16-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport. It lies in the heart of Orlando's most popular attractions and restaurants. It’s no surprise Orlando, the Theme Park Capital of the World, is the most visited destination in the United States.
The Spring Market is located in the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center.
Registration/Badge Pick Up for Retailers and Vendors is located in D Lobby of the West Building.

Due to the variety of dates and times staff will arrive in Orlando, staff are responsible for finding their own transportation from the airport to their hotel such as Uber, Lyft or taxis. You are asked to carpool whenever possible. Use your company credit card for these charges or file for reimbursement for charges placed on your personal credit card.
On Monday, March 24, shuttle buses are scheduled to depart from the DoubleTree Orlando SeaWorld to Orlando International Airport (MCO) every half hour from 4:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.
Staff may also utilize taxis, Uber, Lyft if need be based on departure time.
Badges will be available for pick-up in the Market Office, behind the Registration Desk, beginning Wednesday, March 19th. Please do not stand in line at registration, all that you need will be available in the Market Office (Room 224E).
Breakfast - A hot breakfast buffet will be available 6:00am-8:30am for all staff Thursday, Friday and Sunday in room W340 which is located on the convention center’s 3rd level. Breakfast will be available to staff Saturday at the Merchandising Preview.
Lunch - Paper lunch vouchers will be provided for staff to purchase lunch on-site at the convention center Wednesday through Sunday. The vouchers will be with your market badge and available for pick-up onsite in the Market Office (Room 224E). Staff working Market prior to Wednesday are on their own for meals.
Dinner - Follow the normal company travel protocol. Per the policy, $33 is the reimbursable amount per dinner, per day for domestic travel and no receipt is required to substantiate these expenses.
Complimentary Luggage and Coat Check will be available at the convention center each day. Please have your badge visible when you check your luggage and coat.

Scooter requests can be made for each registrant via the registration website.
Free shuttle service will be available from all hotels in the official Do it Best housing block other than the Hyatt Regency, Rosen Centre, and Rosen Plaza (those properties are connected to the convention center via skywalk).
Convention center pick up and drop off at the West Concourse will be located near the Do it Best registration desk in front of room 224 and exhibit hall D.
On Saturday evening for the special event at Universal Islands of Adventure, shuttles will depart all hotels in the official Spring Market block at 6:30 pm. Shuttles will be available until 15 minutes after the park closes at midnight to depart Universal and return attendees to their hotels.

Shipping Service
Package shipping services will be available in the FedEx booth. FedEx will be our provider and assist you in shipping oversized or heavy packages from the Market. For your convenience, FedEx will prepare a direct bill to your store through Do it Best.
Drawstring Bags
Instead of shopping carts, we’re offering one oversized, drawstring-style bag per member at the entrances to the exhibit hall. Use these complimentary bags to store your handouts, laptops, bottled beverages, and other necessities.
Merchandise Removal
Any display samples that are purchased must not be removed from the convention center before Sunday at 4:30 pm. In order to remove any sample merchandise or booth prizes, you must present a “Merchandise Removal Pass” (filled out by the vendor you are purchasing from) to the security guard as you exit. These passes can be obtained from the exhibitor after 8 am on Sunday, March 23. Be sure that all items are clearly listed on the pass and that the manufacturer’s representative has signed it. Unless prior arrangements have been made with the exhibitor, the purchaser of the booth assumes responsibility for the goods at the closing of the Market at 4:30 pm on Sunday.
